About Carib Connect
CaribConnect was founded by a young woman of Martinican origin with a deep love for the Caribbean Sea and its islands. She realized that despite their geographical and cultural closeness, many Caribbean islands remain surprisingly difficult to reach from one another.
CaribConnect was designed to change that reality, making inter-island travel easier and more accessible for Caribbean residents, allowing people to discover neighboring islands, cultures and opportunities within their own region. At the same time, it offers travelers a new way to explore the Caribbean independently, discovering several islands in one journey rather than through traditional cruise tourism.
Our commitment
Choosing the sea also means choosing a more responsible way to travel. Short-haul flights can produce 50–100% more CO₂ per passenger than ferry travel on comparable routes, making maritime transport a more climate-friendly alternative.
Beyond transportation, our objective is to celebrate the diversity of Caribbean cultures and we aim to collaborate with local tourism operators to promote authentic, sustainable experiences across the region.
By connecting islands and supporting local partners, CaribConnect seeks to build a more connected, culturally vibrant and environmentally responsible Caribbean.
