Cancellation policy

CaribConnect understands that travel plans may change and offers flexible cancellation conditions for its passengers.

Tickets may be cancelled and fully refunded up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.

 

If a cancellation request is made less than 48 hours before departure, the ticket becomes non-refundable.

 

 

In cases where a journey cannot be operated due to weather conditions or other safety-related circumstances, passengers will be offered the option to:

  • reschedule their journey for a later date, or

  • receive a full refund of their ticket.

CaribConnect prioritizes passenger safety at all times. Decisions regarding cancellations due to weather conditions are made in accordance with maritime safety regulations.

Passengers are encouraged to check travel updates prior to departure and to contact CaribConnect customer service for any assistance regarding changes or cancellations.
